Ranks are E, D, C, B, A, and EX. E through A may have +, ++, or +++ modifiers.

Servant building rules
Parameters
You have 60 points to spend on your parameters.
Servants get a bonus to these spending pools based on the classes chosen.
Archer, Saber, Lancer have a bonus 15 points to spend.
Caster and Rider have a bonus 10 points to spend.
Assassins have a bonus 5 points to spend.
Berserkers have no bonus.
Each rank of parameter starts at 1 with the E rank you spend the parameter points as you like however, no servant may have more then one EX rank parameter, even if the points allow it.
Seconds your star rating assigned to you by the Admin will multiply your servant's parameters by a set value.

Noble phantasm usage
Your noble phantasm may be used once per singularity Plus one use if it's your Primary class (the class you started with), plus one use per rank below A your noble phantasm is.
Example: The E rank Noble phantasm of the masters first class is usable six times. One initial use, one for primary class and four more for being E rank.
Your servant's Noble phantasm rank is determined by the NP Parameter.

Skills
The list of skills and their names varies widely from servant to servant however here are some rules for skill building and some class-exclusive skills.
Passive skills must always have a cost.
Example: A passive bonus to your stats costs one use of the noble phantasm.
When writing a skill that increases your parameter the cost may be a condition such as "Only when doing this action, the servant gains a bonus on STR."
When writing a skill that gives a bonus to a parameter only list the parameter, the star value of your overall hero determines the value of the bonus. One star gives 6 to that parameter, and five stars give 10.

Class Traits
(These are skills given to the listed class, but may still be selected by using up a slot, casters get more than 1 and may give up one for a bonus skill. Rulers also have two but can not pass up either.)

Skill: God's Resolution
Grants two command spells to the ruler for each servant participating in the holy grail war.
Limited to Rulers

Skill: Magic Resistance
Cancels targeted spells of a rank equal to or lower than the rank of Magic Resistance.
Limited to: Rulers, Sabers, and Lancers.
Skill: Independent Action
Able to react to outside threat without command or unwillingness to listen to authority regardless of threat.
Limited to: Archers.
Skill: Territory Creation
Increase all parameters while in a territory, once established, equal penalty while outside created territory.
Limited to: Casters.
Skill: Item Creation
Ability to create magical items or artifacts for use within a reasonable time frame.
Limited to: Casters.
Skill: Riding
Increase all parameters while mounted on a mount or vehicle.
Limited to: Riders
Skill: Presence Concealment
Makes the user of this skill undetectable in spirit form.
Limited to: Assassins
Skill: Madness Enchantment.
When engaged, bonus to all physical parameters, and loss of reason. (Speech, access to their NP and critical thinking.)
