~Psychic Powers Guide~

Psychic powers to begin with will all start the SAME. They interesting element is to come into play when you upgrade. It is your chance to take a basic and universal power and give it your own personal flare and style~! like abilities psychic powers are able to be upgraded 3 times.

**However psychic power effectiveness in battle as well as a players defense vs the mental energies are Directly related to the level of Mental Endurance a character has. ****

Once again these are just samples new powers can be applied for in the cosmic forge~!

-Telekinesis-

literally "mind-movement Psychic denizens of Ansgar have learned to tap the forces that literally manipulate matter and move and throw objects organic or inorganic. It is a deadly skill and used effectively can crumble an opponent 3-4 times your size like a fetus before you. levitation and flight are also possible moving your own body as a vessel.

Sample powers

Binding: to keep object/being from moving.
Enhanced Strength/Psionic Strength: to augment the user's physical strength, e.g.punching through the flesh of zombies.

Levitation: to lift an object, e.g. raising a pitcher several inches into the air.

Telekinetic Choking: to strangle others, e.g. Like Darth Vader.

Telekinetic Maneuver: to alter an object's directional course, e.g. changing what number a dice lands on or deflect an opponent attack

Telekinetic Grip: to grasp an object firmly in place, e.g. keeping the tides from washing a friend away.

Telekinetic Pull/Push: to pull objects towards the user, e.g. yanking a book off a shelf. Or to push objects away from the user, e.g. sliding a cup across a table.
Advanced level

Homing Effect: to make any object automatically follow, home in and lock onto it's target or targets until it hits them.

Object Manipulation: to alter an object's inner workings, e.g. unlocking a door.

Spatial Sense: to "see" one's surroundings using telekinesis, e.g. sensing a target from a distance.

Telekinetic Blast: emit telekinetic energy to make blast that damages all in the user's path.

Telekinetic Compression: to crush an object, e.g. squeezing a chair into a ball.

Telekinetic Combat: to utilize telekinesis in combination of physical combat.

Telekinetic Destruction: to make an object explode, e.g. blowing up a table.

Telekinetically Enhanced Condition: To use telekinesis to enhance the user's condition.
Telekinetic Flight: to use telekinesis to fly.

Age Shifting: by manipulating the cells through telekinesis, could potentially reach Immortality.



Atomic Manipulation: To manipulate atoms

Elemental Transmutation/Matter Transmutation: to transmute matter into new form.

Stasis Field: to slow an object's molecules to the point that it stops all motion, e.g. immobilizing opponents (temporary)

As a true Telepath..you can talk to spirits and close souls even if at great distances you will always have guidance and be able to give it. Also you can without resistance read the minds of others you touch. many opportunities are possible. Illusions are also possible... implanting terrifying visuals in the minds of your opponents. Nether realm access is also possible for careful adventurers to seek

Telepathic Defense

Illusion Manipulation: The ability to manipulate what others perceive, such as making them see things that aren't actually present, or not see things that are.

Psychic Shadow: The ability to mask psychic presence, hiding from other psychics.

Psychic Shield: The ability to erect a psychic shield to protect the minds of oneself or others.

Telepathic Offense

Binding: The ability to restrict the movements of others via the mind.
Darkside View: The ability to communicate with and bring out the dark side of a person's personality.

Download: The ability to quickly process, store, or download information through another's mind.

Emotion Manipulation: The ability to make one feel pleased, happy, pained, or any other emotion.

Lightside View: The ability to communicate with and bring out the good side of a person's personality.

Mental Projection: The ability to project thoughts into reality.

Mind Exchange: The ability to transfer one's mind into another's body, taking control of that body; can be done in inanimate objects as well, telekinetically controlling it.

Mindscape Transportation: The ability to teleport objects into of one's mind.

Neurocognitive Deficit: The ability to shut down an opponent's higher brain function.

Pain Inducement: The ability to cause pain.

Pushing: The ability to implant memories, thoughts, and emotions into others.

Telepathic Supplementary

Audible Inundation: The ability to create voices and sounds in the minds of others.

Consciousness Transferal: The ability to transfer ones mind to a new body if the users body is destroyed/killed.

Electroreception: The ability to sense the presence of others.
Mind Link: The ability to develop a permanent mental bond with any person, also called imprinting.
Mind Melding: The ability to fuse one's consciousness with another.

Omnilingualism: The ability to intuitively understand new languages.

Psychic Communication: The ability to open up secret conversations and relay covert information.

Psychic Navigation: The ability to create a mental map of the area.

Psychic Wave Manipulation: The ability to generate and manipulate thought waves.

Sensory Scrying: The ability to perceive through the sense of other beings.

Telempathy: The ability to communicate through emotions.

Telepathic Relay: The ability to act as a mental relay station for a group of minds, allowing said minds to "speak" to one another through the user.

Telepathic Speaking: The user of this power can speak by using their mind combined with mental powers.
Thought Manifestation - Project one's thoughts telepathically.

Thought Manipulation: The ability to control the thoughts of others.and explore.

learning to manifest various energies with their minds psychics have learned to adapt their supreme control of the mind to create energy weapons like a psychic sword ,axe or bow and shields to hurling mind bolts of energy. Taking the manipulation of energy to a offensive level. Psychic warriors are feared as unnatural entities and many psionics users are viewed as monsters to the regular populace misunderstood and feared. Never the less they are fearsome in battle. They are able to battle spirits and assault minds with deadly psychic energy a new emerging warrior in Ansgar that many races are not prepared to deal with.

Sample powers

Force Fields: to condense the air around oneself in order to make protective shields, e.g. deflecting bullets.
Molecular and Energy Manipulation: to manipulate matter and energy at a molecular, or atomic level, e.g. rearranging atoms and controlling energy.

psionic sword: The ability to make a sword of pure psychic energy and use it in combat.

psionic armor: A self styled armor much like the magical armor it is summoned with the mind and used in the same way only consisting of powerful mental energy as the abilities base. The style will often reflect the user.

Combustion: to speed an object's molecules to the point that it combusts, e.g. setting things on fire.

Create flame: a variation of the technique above used to create fire projectiles to assault your opponents. stronger versions of this technique will allow for weapon enhancing or many different variations of fire based attack.

Seismic Shock Wave: to emit a powerful vibration strong enough to make objects shatter, i.e. sonic boom.

Psionic bolt: the Ability to form bolts of psychic energy and hurl them to assault your opponent with energy damage.

Weather manipulation.: Capable in only small degrees but can be used to assault your opponents with lightning or harsh winds.
