Name: Cyren's Spark
Description: Cyren engulfs one of his fists in flame for one post.
Weakness: If water is poured on his fist, this ability is nulled. If it's too cold in the surrounding area, this ability is nulled. He is still affected by the fire.
2 post cooldown
Range: Melee

Name: Cyren's Shield
Description: Cyren gains a resistance to the damaging effects of fire and heat for 5 posts.
Weakness: If Cyren uses this ability in a cold area, he could freeze to death. This will prevent him from getting warm in any way in a cold area.
3 post cooldown
Range: Self

Can you give me a cool down for these two abilities bro~!?

Also i am confused by the first one will it says you are affected by fire does that mean your fist is literally on fire and the flesh is burning O.o

More like the armor on the flesh is heating up and burning his flesh, but that's what the second ability is for.
